NGO Field Program Coordinator
Lead grassroots operations, coordinate local volunteer cohorts, liaise with community centers, and organize social awareness campaigns across schools, colleges, and residential societies.
Key Responsibilities & Qualifications:
- Plan, schedule, and execute social awareness drives and public workshops.
- Supervise volunteer deployments and track activity logs for administrative records.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi & English; graduate or passionate youth.
- Prior experience in social work, scouting, or event coordination is preferred.
Self-Defense & Physical Fitness Instructor
Conduct specialized self-defense workshops for women and youth, organize physical conditioning camps, and deliver army/police physical preparation guidance for aspiring defense candidates.
Key Responsibilities & Qualifications:
- Train young girls, working women, and students in practical self-defense techniques.
- Demonstrate fitness drills, endurance conditioning, and situational threat awareness.
- Background in Martial Arts, Boxing, Judo, Karate, Taekwondo, or Army/Police training.
- Passionate mentor capable of inspiring confidence and discipline in trainees.

At Dhaal Foundation, we believe in promoting dedicated change-makers from within our ranks. Every year, active volunteers who exhibit leadership, loyalty, and exceptional dedication are onboarded into full-time salaried and honorarium positions.
How to Qualify for Paid Roles:
- Register as an approved Dhaal Foundation volunteer and complete orientation.
- Participate actively in at least 3 social campaigns or training camps.
- Demonstrate initiative in community organizing and team coordination.
- Direct nomination by Foundation Directors for paid project manager and coordinator slots.
